Job Description
Step into the engine of our business and join our operations team either as an experienced Logistics Coordinator to show your passion for logistics or at an entry level where the pathway is to become a Logistics Coordinator at our Warwick Terminal. As a Logistics Coordinator flexibility is key as our business operates on a 24/7 basis inclusive of public holidays.
If you are a natural problem solver, have strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically then this role would be for you! This role has the following tasks:
Data entry into our TruckMate system
Ensure drivers and subcontractors are scheduled to loads on a timely basis and within the guidelines of the Wickham Freight Lines Fatigue Management System
Ensure drivers receive accurate information and paperwork related to loads/pickups
Liaise with the logistics manager and other staff to ensure all freight requirements of customers are met
Pathway to become a Logistics Coordinator if stepping into the entry level role

The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
