Job Description
This exciting new role - Procurement and Workshop Operations Officer will report directly to the Procurement and Workshop Managers. This role will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Procurement and Workshop Team by ensuring that administrative tasks, warranty claims and invoicing of Spare Parts are prepared, entered, submitted and tracked.
You will work collaboratively with internal team members and external suppliers to ensure that fast and efficient service delivery optimises workshop efficiency. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday inclusive of a short shift on a rotational basis on a Saturday.
Job Description:
Prepare, submit, and follow up on manufacturer warranty claims
Review warranty process for accuracy and compliance with manufacturer and workshop policies
Liaise with internal teams and manufacturer representatives
Maintain accurate and organised records of all warranty transactions
Assist with reporting, audits, and process improvements
Collaborate with the Procurement Manager on parts planning and prioritisation
Ability to manage supplier invoicing and invoice payments
Desired Skills and Experience
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in a spare parts or similar role
Knowledge of Truck Parts/Spare Parts
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of parts systems and inventory processes
Work effectively with others and contribute to a positive team environment
This role has the flexibility of a start date before Christmas or a start in January 2026.
